Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return items. Items must be received by me within 28 days of delivery.

Original paintings must be returned unframed, undamaged, in original packaging. Prints must be unopened/unused. Buyer is responsible for return postage and items must be insured. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [21 Doppler Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3SX, United Kingdom]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. To return an item, please purchase a tracked, insured return shipping label and send to the address above. Please ensure you use a tracked service with insurance included commensurable with the value of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your artwork arrives damaged, please include photographs in your email to moirasavage@hotmail.com. I will arrange a replacement or full refund including original shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  gift cards. Commissions and bespoke paintings are non-returnable unless faulty. Digital downloads, if sold, are non-refundable.

Exchanges
I don’t offer direct exchanges because each painting is unique. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
