Shipping Policy - Art Prints & Products
Fulfillment Partner
All art prints, cards, and merchandise are printed and shipped on demand by my trusted partner Gelato. Original paintings are shipped by me directly and are not covered by this policy.
Processing Time
Orders are sent to production within 1 business day of payment. Gelato prints and packs your order within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility.
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times are estimates and start after processing. Delivery times vary by destination and product.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size. You’ll see the exact cost before payment.
Local Production
Gelato has 100+ production facilities worldwide. Your order is automatically printed at the facility closest to you to reduce shipping time and carbon footprint. This means your print may ship from Germany, USA, Australia, etc. even though I’m based in Malvern, UK.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also contact moirasavage@hotmail.com with your order number for updates. Please allow 48 hours after shipping confirmation for tracking to activate.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not collected by me or Gelato at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, please email moirasavage@hotmail.com and I’ll open a case with Gelato. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, I will arrange a reprint or full refund.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your print on arrival. If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, email photos to moirasavage@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you through Gelato.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot redirect orders once they’re in production. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for reshipment.
