Delphinium Confetti Flowers is reproduced from my original painting created with Sennelier Oil Pastels on card. Inspired by a visit to a local Confetti Flower Field in Pershore, Worcestershire, this painting captures the extraordinary colour fizz of delphiniums in full bloom — electric blues, soft mauves and creamy whites tumbling together in the summer light. It is one of those paintings that began as observation and became pure joy.
